I live in a mobile home park and the rules won’t allow any big antennas but I need an HDTV antenna are there any good low profile antennas? My nearest signals are about 40 miles away.

In addition to what others have said, this antenna is not multi-directional, so it must be pointed at the radio towers Station (s) you wish to receive. If they are all within a few degrees from each other, you will be allowed. However, if they are in directions different people who watch these 3 TVs would display stations that are in different directions at the same time, you will have a problem.
