Grounding Block
be a block of land for a TV cable, not satellite or antenna, shock you, if not the earth?
I am trying to rid a small little interference on my TV that I connected to my computer via an RF modulator. My friend gave me a block of land he used to use and said to try to see if it helps. However, I have cable TV Usually it would I still need the ground. and also if it does not rely on people are shocked when they touch when I'm using it?
